The Developer changes the rules as the inventory increases/decreases and the sales agents have zero flexibility. We asked Jim for documentation as the process went along, warranty's, deed restrictions, tax and bond information, fees, electric KWH rates etc. and he always provided written documentation. Make sure you read, read, read, and ask questions of whomever you go with.
