I would like to know, from you experienced ones in TV, which is the best plan of attack for someone, like me, planning to move to TV. Do I try to get mortgage pre-approved at a bank near TV now, or should I do that up here in NJ - while at my current job? I plan to work f/t as soon as I relocate there. Seems to me, I'd have a better chance at good mortgage deal while still employed and living in NJ. Any suggestions?
