I am sure you mean well, but this old bird is going to remind you that many of our children lived even if they didn't have seatbelts keeping them in and their car seats hooked OVER the front seat next to the driver.
Many of us lived riding our bikes without helmets. Many of our children survived driving with their parents to see Mickey Mouse in the back of station wagons with just a big blanket and coloring books and crayons. (And NO air conditioning)
I am MUCH more concerned with teens driving the carts without supervision.
Thank God, that no child has been hurt in a cart in the span of time we have been here although 14 adults have been killed in the last five years in cart accidents.
I think a lot of guardian angels are overworked, but hey.
If I thought that you telling someone to stop doing something would help, I would encourage you to do that. But I am a student of human behavior, most people would just be ****ed off.
