In the almost 15 years that I have lived in TV, I have always been told by various sources that the developer built, owns, and maintains that bridge. A better question would be how long will these repairs take and what would be the detour?

This bridge ownership issue came up in 2013 when the Paradise gate was replaced by the 'wall'.
