It is the great service you brought that built Fed-ex in the first place which is why I am so disappointed in the way the company at least in our are has gone in the last few years. I have called the 800 number but maybe I should start taking pics and should write a snail mail letter with them attached so they know I am not just some nut. (Ok you who know me know I am a little nutty but not in this case.)
