I used Ace Electrical Service (in Belleview, 352-307-1663) shortly before Xmas. It was a very minor problem, but I was most impressed with the friendliness of the folks on the 'phone and the promptness of their service.
Called at 2:30pm, answered at once by a real human being. ;D
Arranged an appointment for next day, bewteen 8:00am and 10:00am.
Was called along about 5:00pm to remind me of tomorrow's appointment.
Technician arrived shortly after 8:00am.
He put on "booties" before coming into the house. ;D
We resolved the problem very quickly; he waived part of the original proposed fee.
Note that the basic service call fee was, I thought, a little high ($69), but I figured I'd paid for and got excellent service!
