In reflecting on the comments on this thread, I began to wonder if the apathy that I see among so many new college grads may be partly a result of this. Since I am still in the working world, I come in contact with quite a few young people and often times I just don't see the ambition or hope. It's as if "okay, I got the degree, now what"? It seems as if they have no vision or direction. I'm sure the job market, being as it is, has a lot to do with it, but I can't help but wonder how much their PC education may have affected them. It's sad to see so many young people working far below their potential.
