Flooding against foundation
We were contacted by a client about storm water against the foundation of the front of her home, causing moisture to build up on the interior walls & hardwood floors causing the floors to buckle & having to be replaced.
Two Engineers & a Moisture Expert, who she called, came out and did testing, & could not find the problem. We came out & did an assessment & found cracks & clogged pipes in the downspout diversion system. The homeowner was amazed that we found the problem and offered a solution.
Now that the rainy season is upon us, We recommend that you have your system checked or a new one installed on new properties.
