Actually, what Carl wrote was not rationalizing. It is fact. That is NOT solely your property. Try charging someone with trespass and you will find out.
You are new here. Try sitting back and being patient. You will find that your yard will be fine. If you start out your life at The Villages as a militant, you will never be happy here.
