Another question you might be able to answer - where do dog walkers take their pets to pee/poop when it is raining? I see the walkers in all of the good weather but never see them in the bad weather and wonder where the dogs relieve themselves on those days.

I am fully aware that my dog is a few inches on to "someone's property". If the temperature is not too hot, she may be on the street with me, but will move to the grass if a car comes by. If you care, deal with it however you feel appropriate. Nobody has ever cared along my many routes.
Do you walk in the rain? I usually don't. My walking has nothing to do with my dog relieving herself. We walk, to walk. She toilets in my yard. Oh...and not that anyone but me cares....I pick up in my yard immedietly after she poops. I will add again, I have an absolutely beautiful lawn.
