We have to remember that this building must be economically viable to survive. My guess is that part of its appeal to the devloper was the fact that, by putting it in a town center, it makes the restaurants and shops in town more profitable by virtue of more people coming into the area. More profits for the businesses mean more profits for the developer that can be used to prove in the economic viability of the performing arts center. I tip my hat to them on this and wish them luck.
