If the haze is happening in select areas, it could be mineral deposit residue from rainwater or overspray from sprinklers.
If that is indeed what it is, a mopping with vinegar water (along with a little elbow grease) will dissolve it and you will see a sheen again.
If the entire surface, tip to stern that looks this way, (or the spot treatment of vinegar did not help) there might be a problem with the choice of sealer or the conditions under which it was applied. ( like applied over moisture, as others have mentioned )
Is your lanai in full sun all day? If it is, two years is about right for resealing.
