Loretta Lynch was finally confirmed today as Attorney General. Ten republican senators ended up supporting her.

The only AG that took longer to be confirmed was Ed Meese. Why? Because he was being investigated by a special prosecutor at the time.

Lynch's father, a minister, was in the gallery when the vote came down and was quoted as saying "the good guys won".
