So I looked up the redefinition of marriage in Canada and found that gay marriage has been the law of the land for 10 years. And that Canada's supreme court had jurisdiction over the definition in accordance with the Canadian Constitution. And that no one tried to remove the Constitutional authority of Canada's court to do its Constitutionally given role.
