Yes, Cisco that's what is referred to as Foster Failure and we LOVE 'em!!
Happens often and when it does, we celebrate the adoption like all others.
For those that aren't sure they are ready for another dog it's a wonderful way to go. In addition, the foster gets the first shot at adoption if he or she chooses to be their FurEver home. There are always other opportunities such as transport to/from the vet or to a foster home if you and Ms. Cisco are so inclined.
I just picked up a sad little 3 1/2 pound Yorkie today to foster. Skinny as a rail from a backyard breeder. Will get him healthy and then find him a home.
