Jim McLaughlin is someone who has sold us two houses and I trust his word, knowing him as we do, and he always says that the sales staff is told when the public is told of a new happening. When I first saw TV, the build-out date was 2010.

Why wouldn't the developer keep on building when the demand is still great? I have faith in the Morse family doing the right thing by building the necessary amenities that will enhance the new housing.

More and more people are retiring everyday and we are fast becoming an older population. At least from what I have read.
