Good point, Matzy! Unfortunately, my personal observation is that I have never seen a law officer, or Community Watch, in TV ever use blinkers while within the roundabouts. So, if those we expect to enforce the laws are not following it themselves, we shouldn't expect them to enforce that law on the driving public.
