The police need to reinstitute the ceremonies practiced by previous generations of law enforcement. The scene with the 100 or so black "youths" charging the police lines and throwing rocks would be the perfect place to do it.
- First volley of rifle fire are rubber bullets
- if the mob continues, second volley is live ammo.
- The mob will disperse, and the citizens (largely black) can have their city back for now.
In the meantime, black kids raised by single Moms with the Government playing the role of Daddy, have two strikes against them coming out of the womb. We can thank LBJ, the "War on Poverty" and an imperious liberalism that thinks good intensions trump good results. So sad, so pathetic and so totally evil in terms of what's been produced by lame brained liberal policies.
