Don't look at me -- I usually get to sleep between 1:00 and 2:00 am, up by 6:30 at the latest. If I sleep more than 5 hours, I'm either sick or feel like I'm sick since I'll wake up with a colossal headache from sleeping too much.
Made it great for high school and college -- since I needed less sleep, I'd have enough time to study in between other activities.
Actually makes it harder as an adult -- you're still ready to do things and the rest of the world wants to sleep. But I'm usually done with my chores before 10:00 am, which leaves time to goof around.
