Default El Santiago Renovation Project - UPDATED 4/29/2015
On February 11, 2015 the Amenity Authority Committee awarded the contract for the demolition and reconstruction of the new El Santiago Recreation Center. The sub-foundation of complete and waterproofing has been applied. The underground piping for the building is complete and has passed all inspections. ^ For the safety of both residents and workers, please refrain from entering the construction zone. The interior of the new recreation facility will be 7600 sq. ft., comparable to other Village Recreation Centers in the community.
