I did the same thing you did about 5 years ago and now we're finally ready to take the plunge. Our house is on the market now and with luck, we'll be in TV by September. Can't wait. We plan to rent a furnished house for a year before we decide where to buy. We're selling all our furniture because it won't go down there and it would cost too much to move it and store it for a year. I say, take the plunge, and enjoy your life!!
