There are many homes available with private back yards. Some back on Villa walls.
Having come from a large property, privacy was our number one consideration.
We knew in advance a kissing lanai was not for us.
We couldn't afford a big expensive home home plus a view lot.
So we compromised by buying a smaller home backing on ponds. We treasure our privacy.
I agree with gerryann, sometimes the only solution is to move!
