This week there was a thread about wind chimes. The OP of that thread started a thread a few months ago about frog noise. You have a neighbor with a loud TV on the lanai. The thing I see is how this bothers you and is taking over. Your neighbor isn't going to change so what can you do to make it work for you? Can you change your setup and sleep in another room? Are there trees or hedges that might block out the noise? No, it isn't fair, but the alternative is you allow this to grow in you like a cancer and the offending person doesn't care.
