Citrus Tower in Clermont is only about a 35 minute drive via the turnpike and I think it's only $4 to go up.
The Citrus Tower | World Famous Observation Tower I think Bok Tower is in Lake Wales, which is also on Hwy 27. You could probably hit both in one day.
