Http://Speedtest.net and run a test. Try it wireless and try it with an ethernet cable plugged directly into the router. 9 out of 10 times when a customer complains about slowness it's old hardware, a software problem or poor wifi performance. Super fast Internet will never make a 4 year old computer or 2nd generation iPad fast.
