Can Anyone make any suggestion on how to handle a drunk neighbor.
He is continuously drunk driving his golf cart to the courses and also in his car.
The other neighbors seem to think this is ok and he can live his life the way he wants, they say it is the villages get use to it.
Well some day he is going to hurt someones grand kids or another adult.
He is also very rude on top of it, not a nice person!

Where are you when you say you continuously see him driving drunk in his car & cart. You say he has almost caused an accident a number of times. You see beer cans in his trash bags. You want to know how to prove his blood alcohol level.
I'm not getting this post. Are you following him, looking through his trash ?
I'm so busy here in the Villages that I couldn't imagine having the time to see all of this.
