I don't understand the suggestion that the OP is making this up. It is not a wildly improbable story that a person who lives in the Villages is an alcoholic, and a drunk driver. He asked what this forum suggests he do. Call the police, tell them what you have observed and ask them for their suggestion. Do they want you to alert them the next time you see him out drunk driving? I, personally, thank you for being an alert neighbor and trying to protect me and mine from drunk drivers. On this site people are always praising the conscientious neighbor who notices the possible break in nearby or person casing the area.. we are told to call the police to report our suspicion. How is this any different except in one case it is protecting property and with a drunk it is protecting a life.
