A skilled sales person "reads" the client in order to highlight the features and benefits that are important to that client. We took our time in purchasing our home, we shopped multiple times over 10 months. NEVER did our Villages sales person highlight the deed restrictions as a benefit. For us..they are not important. I embrace peoples individual tastes even if they dont reflect mine. I cannot imagine someone even thinking that the restrictions are an important benefit in the Villages. You can find a million "Wrinkle Cities" all over Florida, many (maybe most) have tons of deed restrictions, but there is only one "The Villages"
Lets be honest...the awesome reputation that our community has did NOT come from deed restrictions.
