Hi PennBF: Before I answer your question consider that this guy willingly participated in this atrocity. I love my older brother but he could never convince me to do anything wrong let alone do harm to innocent people.
This guy literally ran over his own brother to get away from the police.
I can only imagine the conversations going on between brothers preparing for their terrorist attack. I wonder in what manner they viewed their victims before the attack, and how Tsarnev did after the attack seeing the loss of life and limb he caused?

Yes I could in this case be the executioner. As much as we do not like to admit it there are some people who should be removed from this earth.

My concern is for the victims in that I hope the sentence is carried out in a short time eliminating their need to confront this situation due to repeated appeals.
