The varieties shown have been popular for years and are great choices, if planted in the proper location.
I do wish the designs fit the common Village lots. Most don't have the generous side yard area. As for the drainage areas and special easements common to TV, probably not applicable to most homes in TV.
Also, the designer's love for beds at the end of a driveway, though aesthetic, can cause safety issues for people backing out, if any of the plants grow above 30 inches. Those beds at the end of the drive were one of my trademarks in my early designs, but I stopped doing them a decade ago due to a lack of practicality and plant health difficulties due to close proximity to roadway materials
All in all, nice generic designs for some of the premier homes, on paper. If I have some spare time I might input on my 3-D landscape program just to see what the designer saw in his/her mind as far as tiers and bloom color mixes.
