you need to know that we were told last week by a Service Smart supervisor that they did not apply any pre-emergent this past Spring due to "the cool weather". They said it would have a negative effect on the lawn. I have two houses under contract with Service Smart and was told this by a supervisor last week. They failed to tell anyone about this even though you pay for that in your contract. I have demanded that they refund and I hope that you do also. I have the name of the supervisor if you want it. Service Smart is the worst of three companies we have used and I would not recommend them to anyone.
