First Calcium, Vitamin D Eating a good plant based diet, not an issue, blood work for D, bone density test for some, try exercise.
Vitamin B-12, that is an issue but a b12 supplement 2 or 3 times a week keeps it in check, blood test to confirm
Iron Deficiency, not an issue for us.
I will say if those are the disadvantages great, the advantages out weight them by about a million times.
