The Grassroots was one of my favorites, but unfortunately Rob Grill their lead singer died in 2011 from a fall at his home in Mt. Dora. On Youtube there is some really good video of most of these bands in recents years. The Grassroots they have a PBS broadcast from around 2003 with Rob playing bass and singing. Also Dennis Tufano the lead singer of the Buckinghams is featured on Youtube from a 2010 concert, he seems to be a bit of a story teller about each song. The Turtles is probably Flo & Eddie who have been touring since the early 80's as the Turtles and put on a really good show. On Youtube just look up Flo & Eddie. The Cowsils and the Association I believe both were at Savannah Center last year, but I don't know much about their shows or the lineup. Mark Lindsey you can find video on Youtube. He wasn't with Paul Revere & the Raiders in recent years, who are probably history now since Paul Revere died about a month ago.

My first concert of any significance was Vanilla Fudge in 1968, right after they appeared on the Ed Sullivan show. After the Beatles my favorite band back then was Grand Funk. I finally got to see them in 1998, the last time the original members toured together, Mark, Don & Mel. I also got to see 3 Dog Night the last time the 3 original members toured together in 1984, Chuck Negron, Cory Wells & Danny Hutton. I had a record collection of 4,000 albums before I moved to TV four years ago. They're gone now but I still have about 500 CD's, 300 concerts on DVD and XM/Sirius Radio in my car. I guess I'm a music junky.
