Gang members. 5 gangs involved. At least 170 arrested. Police tried to warn management of gangs but they failed to take the warning serious. All those white people arrested yet no whites out on streets setting fires and looting. Hmm guess white people must feel you commit the crime , you pay the time (no matter what color you are).
