My hairdresser once told me that if you call the licensing board you can find out where a hairdresser relocated to. Don't know if that is true but worth a phone call. Here's a link to try. Scroll to the bottom for a phone number.
DBPR Professions - Board of Cosmetology There is a place on there to search for their license and it looks like it gives their home address.
