We had some landscaping done in Pinellas. Unfortunately some of the walls were built within an easement. There was a complaint filed with the ARC and we went to a meeting. Nancy, I would hold your landscape company responsible. Did they submit a plan for ARC approval and subsequently receive that approval? Going a step farther, since nothing has happened since that meeting. don't sweat it until you hear something.
