Burkes got off to a rough start. Use the "search engine" ----couple of previous threads. They have a great location but I don't care for their ribs---pulled pork just okay.
Southern Illinois has great BQ and the best pulled pork sandwiches with chow on them. Pulley's Marion, IL. If you are there sometime for a great Sandwich.
