Default Dinner Tonight and Perfect Pasta Pot for Two

Publix had samples of this a couple weeks ago. it's a hot salsa of chopped green peppers, onions, mild banana peppers, jar of drained pimiento, sliced shallots, white wine or ck broth, Publix bistro butter. All sauteed. Then you cook salmon in it.

But my DH doesn't like salmon, so I made the salsa separately, cooked a ck breast and salmon, and divided the salsa between the two.

Accompaniment was angel hair pasta with Lite Simply Caesar, bistro butter, chopped tomatoes, basil, shredded parm.

Most stuff came pre-chopped, or my back couldn't have handled it.

Also included is a pic of a pasta pot w/strainer I found online at Crate and Barrel, which is the perfect size for two people. ( Although we have enough pasta left over for a week.) Pasta 5.5 qt. Pot | Crate and Barrel
