So, four carts take up either 3 or 4 parking spaces in order to ensure each of them can get out when they are ready. Another question, how does Valet parking help people who can't walk? Wouldn't their disability be just as problematic unless their final destination was the precise location as the Valet drop off point. Seems it would be simpler to be dropped off in front of the ultimate destination and have the driver park the car.
