Same thing happened to me. Someone else kept opening my door but I never could figure out who. This goofy stuff has happened to many people according to Discount Garage Door who installes and repairs the MVP Brand. He said alot of this has been happening to units from a few years to 10+ years old. You can try to change your codes or replace the transmitter board in the opener, but that does not always solve the problem. My solution wsa realizing my unit being 12+ years old needed to be retired. Could not chance having my garage door opening when we were not home. I installed a new, quiet, belt drive opener that uses random rolling codes. The system changes coding automatically each time it is used.
