Or maybe he is a lifelong Florida resident and has been building houses for 30 years and knows something you don't. I have heard people on here talking about replacing roofs after 10 years, maybe that is part of the reason 😳. He seemed very sincere, and had no skin in the game. I have not seen any problems from not having gutters but we will see.
