What i find curious, and will ask about this. You use her first name, Hillary, as if you know her. Was this not condemned when the President did it with Sen Warren ? Would you ever; well, never saw you or anyone refer to our President as anything but President or Obama.....never saw him referred to as Barack.

I am just curious as it is not a normal circumstance, using the first name like that. Oh, I have seen it down when you or a crony want to make fun of someone on the other side, but using as you did is curious to me !!
