The senate actually passed a comprehensive immigration bill back in 2012, that enjoyed huge bi-partisan support, but Speaker Boehner would never allow this bill to come to the floor for a vote, where it would have passed overwhelmingly. That bill died when that congress ended.

So you see, it was one political party that killed immigration reform in 2012.

Actually, now that you have one side of the story, and it is ONE side and it is a STORY, I suggest you revisit this and look up facts. Sen Reid and the WH were very much aware of what they were doing here.

As I have said before, our President is one of the best politicians ever, but this country needs leadership and not fancy politics.

This bill, should you spend the time to check was a sham intended for one thing...political gain, ie. convincing you that someone else is the bad guy !
