It is not about political affiliation its about a man who supposedly centered his education on Constitutional Law and has done nothing but ignore and abuse it for the last 6.5 years. The founding fathers had good cause to insist on a separation of powers and for you history buffs something that almost did not come to pass. People do not really understand how fragile democracy is. Its a thin line between democracy and anarchy.

The battle between the federal government and states has been ongoing since settlers first arrived in America.

The immigration issue today is more than just about our neighbors on our southern borders. We have enemies who continue to infiltrate our society legally and illegally and we need a stronger and smarter immigration policy to filter these pretenders.

But how can we when both Republicans and Democrats act like a bunch of love sick teenagers trying to get attention and favor of Hispanic voters and potential future Hispanic voters. Let me digress for a second and explain that with the 2012 election I wondered out loud why the Republican and Democrats were courting favor with only Hispanic voters and completely ignoring the Asian voters?

The latest stats indicate that Asian are the largest immigration group and have been for sometime.

so most importantly what this issue is about is a twofold protection, our Constitution and protecting our borders forget Obama, forget Boehner, focus on what Congress is going to do about those protections?
