I sent a Priority Mail 2-Day package to my older brother in the DC area on 5/26/2015 and it now sits at OPA LOCKA, FL 33054. This looks like some kind of sorting facility. My receipt had the address marked clearly and the package was supposed to arrive in DC yesterday. I googled this sorting facility and it looks like a Bermuda Triangle for packages.
