I sent a package to an APO (Europe) a few weeks ago , & saw it went through the Opa Locka facility also. Opa Locka is a suburb of Miami, and It's old & run down. Anyway my package arrived quite quickly after going through Opa Locka. I was so surprised to see it was sent south before heading to Europe.
