I just look at the new homes in Pine Ridge.They listed two three bedroom cottages for $180,000.What happen to the bond being included in the selling price?
Looks like the selling price for my Patio Villa in Lynnhaven just took a nose dive.Why buy a Patio Villa when you can buy a 3 bedroon cottage for $180,000.
