If you own a business to serve the public you cannot deny service that is clear. While these laws maybe passed they will fail in the courts including the court of public opinion.

I agree. While being veiled as religious freedom, this act does protect merchants while they discriminate against a class of people. Very probable it will be found to be not legal and will end up hurting the state in businesses who do not want to move there.
