Yes, you could do it if you went to their homes.

Of course, you would have to obtain a small business license from the county AND pay taxes on the sales and income.

You could try and dodge the license and taxes but, in all liklihood, someone will "drop a dime" on you and you may get hit with stiff fines and penalties.
I agree. It's important when considering to buy in the TV to be aware of all issues and concerns prior to purchase. In my home town, regulations were clear regarding streets (Blvd vs street, avenue vs Blvd) that permitted commercial businesses to practice. Commercial constituted both big box stores and malls, as well as, small home based businesses. With all due respect, if you are depending upon that revenue to offset the living costs, you might want to reconsider your purchase. It's a reality that covenants serve a purpose and all it takes is "someone to drop a dime". I personally have no issue with home based businesses, however my opinion, is not worth a hill of beans! lol... In fact I have been attempting to find a hairdresser that will come to my home to wash and style my mom's hair (She's 87.) and I haven't found a hairdresser yet. Perhaps my continued inquiry tells you that these businesses are strictly regulated and/or "reported" more than we know
