Wanda, GOOD FOR YOU! The world (or at least The Villages) need more of you. You make a very interesting point, while I do not walk my cat (ever see a cat on a leash??) I will try to remember to take a bag with me when I walk for the mail etc., then I can police others trash, who are too lazy to thoughtless to use proper containers.
